and do you have an alternative to TiDi, since 5000+ clients speak to one server?
No I don’t but I would like the Devs to explain it rather than people trying to guess the problem and piece together bits of informative that span a decade or more.
The Devs have explained it.
The servers can’t process all the necessary calculations in order in 1 second when battles get too large.
It’s not a complicated concept. There just isn’t an easy solution to it, it’s a sheer issue of scale.

I think TiDi is actually a good mechanic, as well as an expedient one.
Otherwise the battles would be over very fast, perhaps before others can reach it, and also allows for more strategy during the battle.
