How to Proceed

  2. Contact Community Team: Send your complaint with all relevant details (including the thread URL, the moderator’s name, and any screenshots if applicable) directly to communityteam@ccpgames.com.
  3. Escalate (if necessary): If your complaint is specifically about a Community Team member rather than a standard forum moderator, CCP has an internal affairs department that handles these. I don’t know if the “Forums & Community” category is still listed, been quite a while since I’ve used it so if it’s not present, just pick a category that’s closely related to it…

Other than that, just be concise and polite, make sure to provide links to specific examples along with names, dates and time…
