CCP Games has been looking for a cash out for years. Over the years, started to think they might not find one( You know, unless it was some kind of SK gaming company.). Good news for the VC and company officers.
It is an acquisition. Odd are in a few years CCP Games will not even be a letterhead. Just the way it tends to workout for the acquired company.
