and yes, the goal of the proposal as I understand it is to make +x become a recurring cost, as accelerators are now. But I don’t think I took part in that proposal, so people may correct me.
I also have full ascendencies and would actually benefit from this modification, so maybe there are hidden bad points that I was not able to notice.

Yeah i guess we should just accept whatever they decide to make. And be happy about it just like you can Acess any citadel from the outside and deposit ur cargo just to then asset safety it for completely freee. Sorry Steve I disagree. Inexperienced Null or WH pilots having to go and get skillbooks through LS and indeed HS are content for others and are therefore engaging gameplay for someone else. Giving them even more self-sufficiency in their 0.0 bunkers seems like another SOP to the huge big groups.

the key change to hangar containers that needs to happen is being able to repackage a container in your own personal hangar at any time instead of this nonsense about needing to wait three months or what-have-you

As someone who doesn’t live near a trade hub this lazy option of being able to buy skillbooks directly from the character sheet does feel like a welcome QoL update.
