If some of the miners in your fleet are part of a war and receive a capsuleer logoff (pvp) timer then they will stop receiving bonuses from new refreshes of your boosts. However that will only impact their ships, not the industrial command ships providing the boosts.

As we discussed on discord I think this is a great idea, the extra purposed 1 hour timer I donât like at all as now were time gating content, 2-5 minutes should be acceptable so people could actually go hunt the targets.
I also donât like the idea of restricting it to high sec, it should be a tool available across all of Eve to encourage hunting, traps and content.
With regards to suspect mechanics, currently if you are suspect and someone shoots your drone it doesnât flag any LE, will this likely change or stay the same?
