Using the default Wine version that comes with the launcher, EVE crashes on launch with the following error:
“X Error of failed request: BadWindow (invalid Window parameter)”
“Major opcode of failed request: 10 (X_UnmapWindow)”
If I tick the “Use dev versions” checkbox in Settings and try to launch the game with any newer version of wine from any of the available branches, EVE does start loading but crashes a second or two before getting to the character selection screen.

Issues with xaudio seem to have been reported on WineHQ but no patches have been implemented yet. Of course this wouldn’t be a problem if I could get the default wine version to work…
