Doing PI crashes computer

OK so I’ve done a fresh install of windows 10, and the game and it seems every time I try to do my PI now my computer crashes and I have to reboot my PC. I click on the Launch pad and it causes me to crash. Anything else you need to know let me know…

32G RAM
