Whether it be interrupted updates or game downloads. Havent been able to find a concrete answer online
Longer version:
Today Im on a better connection, so I checked to download the whole client, save resource loading at home. The launcher seems to be downloading the whole 19.9gb from scratch. Thing is, my cache folder is already 26.7gb. Every now and then a small section seems to go really quick, so I think that might be skipping resources I already have.
Similar thing the other day when an update got interrupted. Retrying the next day seemed to go quicker, but it was early morning (better connection) so I cant be sure.
Anybody know for sure?
