Easier to switch skilling between same-account characters

Small suggestion to CCP:
When i have 2-3 characters on the same account, but no MCT, please let me start the skill queue on the other character without first logging on the main to pause it.
A simple warning message would do just fine.

“Warning”
“Starting skill queue on this character will pause it on your other character(s)”
(OK) / (Cancel)

And if i have one MCT but three characters:
“Select from which character you want to move active skilling”

Something like this. Ofcourse keep the option to buy (another) MCT somewhere in there too.

I like the idea - but I suspect this may not be possible from within the launcher.
