should have just given them the moon drills.
It should be far more difficult to own half the galaxy and skyhooks made that a possibility till CCP bent over and let the big blocks ruin the game again. you SHOULD have to respond 30 jumps to protect your assets if you are big enough to install one that far. Now they know exactly when they need to respond and can just farm it out like everything else.
