Do you have a user with restricted rights? (Like work PC) (if yes, you have to run pyfa in portable mode)
is it your home PC ?
Did you try running as admin ?
Have the folder C:\Users\User\.pyfa been created ?
Did you try to download the zip version (instead of exe installer) and/or using portable mode ?
