For XML/CREST I went to an API Key Management page to create and modify my API keys, the old page now redirects to the blog stating the new changes…buttt wheres the links to the new key management page for ESI?
You don’t make keys to use with the new API. You give access to information to the program/tool you want to use (scopes). You do that through the program/tool itself with SSO.
Programs that used the XML-api won’t work anymore.

To view the refresh tokens which you’ve created via applications, and to revoke them if you want to.
If you find high numbers from a specific application, bug the developer to manage them correctly, rather than having you log in with scopes every time you go there. Or at least to revoke tokens.
