Just thought I would post this here in case it helps anyone else. Got tired of manually creating the tables to match with ESI so created a script to do it. It outputs it for Postgres but would be easy enough to modify to make it output MySQL syntax.
The generated schema is attached to the release, im sure there are some bugs in it that I have not found yet so YMMV.
