ESI Knife

I am being asked to use ESI Knife before joining an alliance. Despite googling etc I am just not sure what information it passes to a recruiter. Anyone can explain to an old guy in simple terms and preferably in English

ESI knife uses the ESI authentication, so you can see all of the permissions, before you authorise the app.

Basically it asks for almost all scopes, so the recruiter will see:

Skills
ISK
Evemails
Contracts
Contacts
Assets
Standing
Training queue
LP
Corp history (and all of the other public info)
Etc.

Essentially it gives full access to info about your character.

You can authorise ESI knife just for yourself and see what it will provide access to, before you authorise it for someone else.
