EU Primetime︱Small-Gang & Faction Warfare PvP︱High-Sec Based︱Dedicated, Focused, and Friendly Team︱‘Newbro’ Ready︱Active Discord Community
︱About Us :
Rift Watch is a tight-knit, small-gang focused group of PvP pilots who enjoy flying together, improving together, and creating our own content.
We’re a group of ‘20-to-70 somethings’ with a focus on PvP roams, Faction Warfare, the occasional Wolf Rayet fleet, and a sprinkling of NPSI content on the side. We enjoy a relaxed atmosphere with no big-corp politics here, just engaging group content a few evenings a week with people you’d happily grab a pint with.
Our focus is on fun, easy-to-consume content while building genuine long-term connections between our members. Expect plenty of healthy banter and laughs in a non-toxic, welcoming atmosphere because at the end of the day, we’re here to enjoy the game and fly with people we enjoy being around.
We’re not looking for perfect PvP pilots who already know everything. We’re looking for people who want to improve, get involved, and become part of the team. Skill comes with experience, but attitude, teamwork and willingness to contribute are what make someone a Rift Watch pilot.
︱What We Can Offer :
- Group Content : 3 dedicated PvP events per week (Mon/Thurs/Sun) for content and chaos, plus additional spontaneous groups and NPSI opportunities.
- A Community To Fly With: A friendly, drama-free group where people know each other, support each other, and actually enjoy spending time together.
- Flexible Playstyle: No strict skill point requirements or hard-set mandatory doctrines. We want pilots flying ships they enjoy and can afford, with a focus on learning and improving rather than simply chasing expensive hulls.
- Small Ships, Big Fun: Our speciality is small-gang PvP using T1, Navy and T2 frigates & destroyer fleets. We focus on accessible, repeatable content where teamwork and decision-making matter more than expensive ships. While we aren’t limited to smaller hulls, this is where Rift Watch thrives and where you’ll spend much of your time flying with us.
- High-Sec Based: Enjoy the stability of high-sec with easy access to Jita, while remaining close to low-sec Faction Warfare space for plenty of PvP opportunities.
- Voice Comms: Discord is the heart of Rift Watch. Whether we’re forming fleets, discussing fights, or just hanging out, being part of the community matters.
- Growth and Development: We encourage members to improve, contribute, and eventually take ownership of content. Whether that’s becoming a stronger PvPer, helping others learn, or stepping up to lead activities, there is always room to grow.
- Training and Mentoring: We provide guidance, feedback and support for pilots looking to improve their PvP skills, understand small gang mechanics, refine their decision-making, or even explore FCing.
︱What We Are Looking For :
-
The Right Attitude: We value willingness to learn, teamwork and initiative above experience alone. You don’t need to arrive as a finished PvP pilot, but you do need to be willing to put the effort in.
-
EU Timezone Pilots: Our main activity window is EU prime-time, with most fleets running between 18:00-23:59 eve time.
-
Social Players : Friendly, non-toxic individuals who enjoy being part of a smaller team with a laid-back vibe, but are willing to get stuck in with the content.
-
Active Participants : Those who log in a few evenings a week for group activities (we value quality over quantity). Anything more than that is a bonus we can build on.
-
Voice Comms Enthusiasts: PvP relies on communication. A working microphone and willingness to join comms is essential.
-
Team-Minded Pilots: We want people who want to become part of something. Whether you are an experienced PvPer or someone looking to develop your skills, we’re looking for pilots who show up, get involved, and want to fly alongside others.
︱Our Recruitment Philosophy
We believe the best communities are built over time, not after a single fleet. Our recruitment process gives both you and us the opportunity to decide whether Rift Watch is the right fit.
We don’t expect applicants to arrive as polished PvP pilots. We assess every applicant as a whole. No single milestone guarantees a corp invitation, just as no single fleet or setback will define your application. We’re looking for people who show the right attitude, enjoy flying with others, and genuinely want to become part of the team, just as much as we’re looking for pilots who can fly well.
