Since https://developers.eveonline.com/ registration is broken, does anyone have any workarounds to access your character data while this issue gets fixed?
You can do quick temporary workaround by requesting the access token (clicking on authorize button) from the Swagger and use it in your application. The only issue is that it is valid for 10 or 20 minutes. So you will have to manually refresh it.
