Yeah that is the addin store info right?
That version is only needed to be incremented if we’d be changing something drastically. Which we haven’t had to do for a looong time.
So that info is not going to be updated any time soon. 
(plus it’s also like crazy intrusive when we update the addin store manifest, causing full reloads and reinstalls when that version is bumped)
