Eve Frontier

It’s probably not the right place but the problem is in the title. I am having a heck of a time trying to even get into Eve Frontier after purchasing a founder pack.

I went through the steps, but I am not very good with modern tech. It looks like you need to be logged into discord to even play. My son had a discord account on my machine. I logged out and created my own discord account. Never done that before. I have no experience in its use.

Eve Frontier keeps directing me to buy a founder’s pack which I did. Then it goes to a discord page thing. It’s still logged into his account and not mine. I logged out. Tried to log back in. It is still stuck on his account.

I cannot simply log in like I do to my Eve account. It redirects me to that damn discord page. At this point I give up. This not a place for Eve Frontier here I realize, but I do need help. Any help.

Nobody on discord anyway. Nothing that helps pops up in trouble shooting tips. I just want to play the game I paid for. The problem is my own fault. A lack of knowledge, but I am new bro stuck in the worst sort of way. I haven’t even made it to new bro yet. I am going back to Eve for now. It works. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

They need to work making things a bit clearer for people like me that want to support their work but lack the experience. I am sure it’s perfectly clear for many of you out there, but it’s clear as mud for me. Beyond frustrating.

If this is what I can expect from this game, then maybe purchasing the thing was a mistake. Not clear at all. At least for a fossil like me.

Hi. I wanted to help you but did not know how so I asked my A.I. That is what it is for after all.

“Hey there,

You’re definitely not alone — that Discord requirement for EVE Frontier has tripped up quite a few players, especially when more than one person uses the same computer. The good news is it’s fixable! Here’s what to do step by step:

1. Close your browser completely (all tabs).

2. Go to https://discord.com/logout — that should force Discord to log out your son’s account properly.

3. Then open a private/incognito browser window (important — this avoids cached logins).

4. Go to EVE Frontier’s access page again from your founder’s pack confirmation email or via their official Discord invite link.

5. When it asks to connect Discord, log in using your new Discord account — not your son’s.

6. Once that’s done, you should see the Frontier Discord server, and the launcher should finally recognize your account correctly.

If you still get sent to the “Buy Founder’s Pack” page even though you already did, make sure you’re using the same Discord account you bought the pack with. That’s how they verify access right now — the purchase is tied to the Discord ID, not your CCP account.

And honestly, you’re right — it could be explained way more clearly for people who aren’t used to Discord or linking multiple accounts. Don’t feel bad about it for a second; you’ve done all the right things so far.

If this still doesn’t work, try reaching out to CCP Frontier Support here:

:backhand_index_pointing_right: https://evefrontier.com/support

They can manually verify your founder pack purchase and make sure the right Discord account is linked.

Hang in there — once you get past this setup mess, it’s smooth sailing. You didn’t make a mistake supporting the game; the system just isn’t very friendly to newcomers yet.”

Download ChatGTP and next time you need help, just ask it.

Thank you for reaching out. I will try this.
