When I add a ship or item from the viewer it will only post the highest level skill needed but will not post the lower level skills I haven’t trained yet to the plan. So if I use the item browser to add a T2 component that requires a level 5 skill and I only have level 1 for that skill it won’t add levels 2, 3, or 4 to the plan.
