I have been working through the Cash Flow for Capsuleers quest line and I am now on the last mission. However, I get this weird notification that I do not have the required modules (weapons). The Opportunities tab says to “Fit any weapon”. But I do have weapons? I have been using them the whole time.
Have you tried turning it off and on again?
It is possible that when this opportunity step asks you to fit a weapon that it checks for the action of fitting a weapon to your ship, not whether your ship already has weapons fit.
Try taking the weapon off and putting it back, see if that helps?

Did you try engaging the rats? Your Kestrel looks perfectly normal.
That is just a fitting window related notification and has nothing to do with the mission, and based on the looks and your prior experience the weapons should work fine so probably some glitch anyway so it should not affect your ability to complete the mission. 
I tried to jump to the sector that is listed in the description, but I didn’t see any prompt to warp to the final location. I am very new to the game so I may be missing it.
Best is to check the related details as probably nobody remembers the exact details of the mission chain.

Edit: As for warping to the mission site if I recall correctly it should be in the upper left side of the screen. you might have to expand the mission details for the warp button to appear. (I haven’t ran a mission since a long time and the UI has been changed several times since then so that is why am not saying 100% sure.)
