I’m currently looking for a good fit that will defend my Azbel decently well in Highsec space. I don’t need to worry about the services, that’s easy. But there are no guides online that I can find about fitting an Azbel.

Defences are kinda pointless, if someone wants it gone it wont matter.
No fit ever will defend your Azbel. You need a standby fleet.
I agree that defenses are pointless unless you can muster a defense fleet. and probably unnecessary unless you have a public structure in a busy location where others resent the competition. If you keep your structure private, in an out of the way location and setup an Alpha holding corp to own it, it won’t be a very attractive target.
