You have 3 character slots on the account. Campaign Trail gives you 1 Presidential Favor. 3 characters = 3 favors. The missing 4th you can acquire by running missions, mining, or hacking, or any of the other challenges that you got left.

There is no page on EVE Uni Wiki for Gallente, but there is a Gallente variation of this mission. It’s available at Level 2 Security agents. The site contains a lot of Scordite.
The only downside is that you can’t enter the mission with an Exhumer. Prospect can enter.

I say this as a person who does not mine or deal with ore markets at all.
It should be a matter of turning it in instead of where it’s mined. Why would the Gallente government care where ore came from? You turn in 30K of ore and get the reward. And that combined with your proposal. They could also make a daily limit on how many times you can do that particular task. If the mining task can only give credit once per day. Or perhaps once per day with each type of ore.
The issue I noticed from reading chat is that this event is prejudiced against people in the wrong time zones. They’d also have to add other belt replenishment times throughout the day. As I understand it, people in the Americas are simply ■■■■ out of luck as people are getting ready for and going to their jobs at 6/7 A.M.
True. Mining is only viable if you have an alt on another account. Find a mission that has Scordite in it (like I’ve posted above), clear the rats, put an alt in it to mine and do whatever you want with your main. Your alt gathers event progression points passively.

The Roden family (or at least Soraya’s grandfather) has connections to the Angel Cartel, so by way of the Deathless they’re probably the closest to the Guristas.

Well, sorry to hear that. I did find plenty in Solitude, but you will only have a few days until that will be gone again with the track extension on Thursday.

Is this event being extended?
The reward track is yes, and some sort of escalation. Granted I am assuming the track extension, but that is due to CCP having a history of doing so.
