Ok, that one made me curious …

I really can’t figure out what the smartblur part is. But the upper section seems very AMD Driver.

I have had issues with AMD computer since recent Windows update too, not been too much in Eve so not reall sure how big the impact was there. I did 3 reinstalls (1: Reinstall driver from AMD, 2: reinstall driver from AMD with factory resets and 3: Clean Up tool then reinstall) https://www.amd.com/en/resources/support-articles/faqs/GPU-601.html letting it reboot to safemode and then a reinstall of the driver from AMD (not Microsoft Update source), fixed my main issues.
