GESI and ESI newbro question

Hello, I am learning this ESI stuff with Google Sheets and I am woundering.

How long does it take for the data to be updates in ESI, and does it updates itself or do i need to write a script or something to make it updates itself.

BTW, I am using Blacksmoke16’s GESI add-on.

And is there a file where all ID stuff are listed so that I can just look up what a specific ID is refering to. (I think there is a CVS file of it, but I don’t know where I can find it.)
