GESI - Skills

Hello there!
I’m working on a spreadsheet for my Eve chars. I’m using Google Sheets and GESI.
When I try to use

=characters_character_skills(“User Name”;1)

I get this return

rather than all the stats in the usual table-format.

Am I doing something wrong or do I need more skill (so to speak)? In case of the latter, if you can point me in the right direction I would much appreciate it!
