My computer died a tragic death, windows is not mobo swap friendly.
After rebuilding my comp, I installed EVE and I am getting the following Alert:

you did it wrong try using an authorized computer store to build the next pc as you did it wrong I point to exhibit one as proof ----V

uninstall EVE, delete all files in c:\EVE and then reinstall. should work.
