It’s a beacon; starts with ‘Federation’.
Make sure you have ‘all’ or similar for your overview tab preset.
Just warp to it.
Make sure you have your Events showing (small rally flag in top left corner).
Advanced hint: Warp at 50, 70, or 100 to beacons in low or null sec.

Yeah, so there’s a “History Route” and a “Quafe HQ” waypoint. I go to them and just sit there in space. WTF am I supposed to do now and why is it not obvious?
I think you need to have your Events showing.
Click the small flag up on the top left corner. You’ll get a dropdown that shows the beacon you need to warp to. It will change to a “Claim Reward” button once you’re at the beacon.
Two other things; 1) experiment a bit with those icons in the top left, the system and route are particularly important. 2) I recommend warping at 50k or 70k to the low/null sec beacons in the Grand Prix. Pirate types like to sit at 0k.
