In view of the upcoming Alliance Tournament, a strategic design for the defense of the global water currency and the resulting basic income for every fellow human being has occurred to me, which I hereby wish to submit to you.
Should you be interested in active formula support, I would position myself at the center of your ship cluster. Your task would consist of forming a defensive formation around my position in order to defend the formula against any attacks by the formula opponents.
