Heavy warp scrambler changes

Hi

When I saw news on " Item Description Contest!", I thought what if devs change not only a description, but also an item (a wee bit).
Im talking about “Heavy warp scrambler”. I think it would be nice if this module were able to prevent capital class ships from using stargates just like “Warp Disruption Field Generator”.
