Aside from the Fiction section of these forums, if your interest is in player-created fiction you may also want to check out the EVE Backstage forums. Their forums and wiki are invaluable assets for lore and fiction, particularly because CCP’s new fiction portal is both incomplete and is, functionality-wise, hot garbage (as of the moment).

This link: EVE Lore FAQ & Lore Resources Megathread probably has a lot of links you are looking for, as @Quelza mentioned, the Backstage wik has a ton of information, as well as the (still work-in-progress) Fiction Portal. The latter of which is constantly being worked on to correct, add, and expand on pieces of lore.
