Several returning members joined us this past week! Awesome to see returning players joining up and getting back into EVE. We are a welcoming group that helps fellow members daily. We are active and online throughout the day. We are very knowledgeable at all in game mechanics beyond hitting F1. We can teach PVP’ers who are looking to explore other parts of the game and make ISK efficiently to help pay for their engagements We undock and take all fights, we really don’t give two shits.
Fleets, fights, I am constantly learning, while current chat issues rather spice things up a bit

Last Sunday also saw the first proper titan kill get on CEEKs killboard - and while looking through the screenshots, I realised that one of our latest new members convoed me about recruitment just as the titan was caught. Very gaming
Close Encounters of the EVE Kind uses space language from the old times when BETA/VHS was popular. However, we still use ancient communication within the corp to understand each others needs and to try to be good citizens of EVE.
A SLYCE Sabre and Caracal hold station off their Athanor while INIT. and BOSS Kikimoras, visible in the background, lay siege to it. NC. reinforcements arrive and a hectic battle ensues, seeing several Kikikmoras go down under the concentrated fire of the defenders as the structure explodes and the attackers swiftly extract from hostile territory.
We have had an influx of members join us this month. Its awesome when they tell us after their first week they wish they had joined sooner as this has been their best experience in EVE. We are looking for team players, mature people to join us!

Very active week here in CEEK. Major brawl Fri night, many rescue fleets for tackled Caps, all corp members deployed in forward ops locales.
And the usual “hey lets go get blown up” spirit of the moment what was I thinking stuff.

A week has passed since INIT. has left The Imperium, on good terms, to strike out on their own without being part of a big coalition.

I’m a new player to EVE and kind of looking to find some footing. Trying to focus mainly on PvE for now, but considering this is EVE, I know that PvP is always a high probability. So far, I just do missions and getting into wormholes. Wouldn’t mind trying out new activities once I learn the game properly
I only got about 20-30 hours right now and still learning. Would there be a place for me here?
Also, that aside, any important requirements I should be aware of?
Sadly with 20-30h in the game and being new, you simply won’t have the skillpoints to use the right tools to have a good time in nullsec - you will be locked out of basically all content. If you want to dip your toe into PVP, I would recommend Faction Warfare, you can even test it on a free alpha account while you progress on your main without having to worry about becoming a target.
If you don’t want to do Faction Warfare: Eve-Uni and Brave Newbies are the go-to recommendations if you are a new player and want to experience and learn more about Eve - Eve Uni specifically for learning more about the game, Brave Newbies if you want to go to Nullsec.
