Finally did some homefronts again. In my opinion finally the Emergency Aid is balanced.
- It’s impossible to afk it multibox.
- teaches new players how logi works
- teaches new players to follow broadcasts
- makes decent ISK for highsec content.
I’d say those sites are now a really great way to fleet up with some newer players and run them. One thing I’d change:
Right now the sites only pay out if they are completed. Maybe split the rewards for Stage 1, Stage 2 and Stage 3 again so people have a sense of accomplishment even if they fail it.
We attempted one site with 7 people instead of 5 people yesterday and failed, because we were in regular PVP fits and didn’t know the strategy and it was a bit depressing warping around and after 1 hour + changing our fits a bit we still didn’t make a single ISK 
So if the payout is split like:
Stage 1: 10%
Stage 2: 20%
Stage 3: 70%
that would feel better
All in all the site is pretty hard for a new player but manageable once the right fit and strategy is clear. I’d use them to train people for flying in fleets and it’s fun
