So, before I could access my mails from EVE forums, but now, it has gone.
So, how are you supposed to have access to your mails now without going in mail?
You can access them for this moment from the app for iOS or Android EVE Portal.
I don’t know other options.
Well, there’s the eve portal application on android/ios if you want something official.
If you want something web based there’s a couple of unofficial sites. I’m partial to https://evemail.fuzzwork.co.uk for entirely unbiased reasons. 
As mention above there is the Eve Portal app (iOS / Android) and the following are good that I’ve found personally:
