How do you vet a prospective corp member?

Can you check to see whether the prospect is Omega or Alpha?

We know about Swagger but it’s hard enough for a small corp to attract members - who’s going to give permission to see their history?

There must be a way to protect the corp against insurgents joining for nefarious reasons…

I ask them if they want to join.

If you don’t want to use ESI. You could try making a Google form questionnaire for recruits to fill out. It’s still going off trust but it’s a little something without ESI. Hope that helps.
