How long are PLEX transfers currently taking?

I purchased a character 3 weeks ago and I still don’t have it, the person I purchased it from says they still haven’t responded to the ticket. I’ve purchased multiple characters from this person so I’m pretty sure he isn’t trying to scam me.

Either way, the past characters I’ve purchased were done in a few days and I haven’t had a response to my ticket in 2 weeks. Is this pretty normal for PLEX character purchases right now? Just looking for other people experiences right now as I’ve never had to wait this long for a transfer ticket to be answered.

One of my customers got his char in 8-9 days…

I tried before , totally costs me 1 day.

Took 7-8 days for my last two pilots.

I actually just got a reply this morning to my ticket, so hopefully things are starting to pickup again. They just said there has been a pretty long delay due to the holidays.
