How to find out how many skill points in a skillplan

Hello all so my question is this, say I do my skills manually and it says 289 days to complete. How do I find out how many skill points I need. If I want to inject via large skill injectors ? I hope I’m getting the right question out . Thank you all

Install EVEmon (EVEMon 4.0.20 - ESI Edition), import your character, create new skill plan from skill queue.
