I’m looking for few things here so read on.
I’d prefer a shield tank want it to be cap stable,want it to use sentries.
Cost isn’t an issue x-type and faction mods totally encouraged no officer thingies tho.

Swap the hardener according to rat. I used explosive because I assume that “shield” for angels.
This fit is over-tanked, going sniper means only the rep is enough.

Well the client solves that for him. Just drag the module into the middle of the fitting screen - the picture of your boat and the client fits the module for you.

Targeting range is 105km and drone control range is 81km II (with my skills anyway). If you use lead charges can you shoot out to 102km (at falloff), which means you can MJD away and start sniping frigates and destroyers with only the railguns.
At about 80km do the Garde IIs hit in their falloff, which is also where the railguns with plutonium will hit.
And at 48km will javlin hit with a combined max of ~850 DPS at 18km (~950 DPS when you use Ogre IIs).
When you orbit around one of your sentry drones with the AB can you comfortably tank any missiles and really only need to worry about NPCs when they get under 30km. That’s about where some NPCs begin to put a first pressure onto your tank.
Only it’s not cap-stable as I never make my ships cap-stable. You might want to say why and for what purpose.
