I’m trying to start carrier agent missions (1)
I have found an agent (still don’t know how) and get a quest from them (2)
fled to the start point and I really have no idea how to put a cargo into the ship (3) (4)
This cargo should to fit well (180 m3 < 24500 m3).
When I try to undock it warn me about empty place in my ship (5)
I tried ‘drug-and-drop’ or items in the context menu but did not saw anything related to loading/unloading.
Could someone point me to where I should click or do? thank you.
@Amynaere_Binchiette Hello, Amynaere. You should be able to drag any item from the hangar into your ship by click-hold and drag.
There is no load/unload buttons. Just click and drag it into your ship’s cargo hold.

Do you see where it says “Frostpacker (Gnosi” with the red dot?
That’s where you want to drag your item, that’s your ship’s hangar. That location will have your name and the name of your ship.
If it doesn’t work you’re either doing something wrong or there’s a major problem with the game.
Looks like I have got, I did not know there are separate windows for ship storage and other places.

The 24.5k m3 is not the cargo capacity of your Velator. It’s the volume of the ship. Velator’s cargo capacity is about 135 m3, which is less than 180 m3 which you need to trasnport. Thus it won’t fit into the ship. That is why your cargohold is empty. Your ship is not big enough.

And Nukanata Amatura is not a Career Agent, but a common Lvl1 Distribution Agent.
The closest Set of Career Agents is in Trossere, 3 Jumps from Eglennaert.
I recommend to finish these first, there you get some bigger ships (to transport all the cargo) and some ISK for a start. But anyway: Welcome to New Eden and the University of Caille.
