For some reason, my account was mistakenly blocked more than 2 months ago. Now I have lifted the ban by appealing the account number, but I found out that my account is still in the banned test server. I hope that I can Unblock my account in the banned state of the test server.

You can either try appeal to support about also lifting the ban on Singularity or you can just wait patiently for the next mirror to happen. Regardless of which you choose; forums cannot help you in this matter.
