Hello testserver team, please reactivate this account on singularity because I can’t log in while logging in on tranquility this is not an problem.

My understanding is that accounts aren’t “activated” on Singularity - they are copied from Tranquility whenever a new mirror is taken. Your account status on the test server should be whatever your account status was on TQ when the last mirror was taken in November.
Bear in mind this is a QA server for developers, not a test server for players so mirrors aren’t that frequent.
As I understand singularity is a public test server and I have problems logging in. Well seems that I have to wait.
