I tried to submit a ticket for not being able to log into sissi.
I get an error messages that reads page could not be found.
I had this message from ccp.
If your account is not active on the test server but is active on Tranquility then you may want to request that your account be activated by the QA team. Such requests are generally made via the Reactivation Request thread located in the Test Server Feedback section of the forums. Please note that there may not be an active thread if reactivation requests are closed until the next Tranquility to Singularity database mirror.

If your account was made after the last mirror, you will just have to wait until CCP does the next mirror. They are announced here on the forums.
