I’ve been back to EVE for 1month and 20 days and I’ve obviously had to ask for a new password. I can connect perfectly on TQ but I cant log into SiSi.
Is there any way you could help me log in, as I cant access the “lost password page”.

You account is not on last mirror on sisi.
Usually every 2 months ccp will sync tranquility data to sisi server, this is why your account non exist on sisi.
Last sync was end of Feb
having the same issue, my account has been re-activated for a little over 2 months now
