I think this bug has existed since the macOS port was released. It’s really annoying when you try to select a ship in space. If you position the mouse cursor near the place where the tooltip appears, it will blink incessantly:
Never noticed that - will have to check the next time I login to see if it does it on my end. Addendum: Nope, doesn’t seem to. Must have something set differently on my end.
