Assuming that the i-hub is set properly, how long does it take for the new ore anom to spawn after making the next rank? We took ours from II to III and it has been about 4 hours. Will it happen within so many hours or after server downtime?
I think it updates at downtime. You installed the OPA upgrade as well correct?

Its downtime yes. As long as the next upgrade is installed for it to spawn.
