If your C: drive is full and you don’t have room to install EveOnline or filling up to the point that your drive is redlining then it is possible to seamlessly move apps from the C: drive to the D: drive to create space on the C: drive. I used AOMEI Partition Manager to move EVE along with a load of other apps and it only took an average of a couple of minutes for each app but there are other companies offering similar software. I couldn’t find a free one for this feature. I didnt need to be an expert but using the free AOMEI Partition Assistant you can see how easy it will be as you can follow all the prompts and end up being invited to buy the Professional version (pay annually or lifetime fee).

You can also set the Shared Cache location in the Eve Launcher.
Launcher Options → Eve Online → Move Game Files Directory.
