Is there a way to prevent corporate affiliates from being published on evewho?
If by ‘corporate affiliates’ you mean corp members? No there isn’t.
If you mean ‘other corps that are blue with your corp’ then I don’t believe it’s able to show inter-corp standings.
But if you mean ‘other corps that are members of your alliance’ again the answer is no.
Afaik evewho is just scraping together info that can be garnered by viewing the corp/alliance info (in game) and making it easier to access (through API/ESI). Dotlan also provides details on corp members/alliances.
