Im talking about an in game mechanic that allows me to see a list of timer experations, or even a web application open to the public, I have tried using https://timerboard.net/ but it only shows TCU and Ihubs, I want to see Structure timers for player owned stations…
Because Im going to go out there and film the fights…

Better way to film fights is to contact corporations you know are involved in regular engagements and ask to tag along. I’ve gotten to play observer for a couple different lowsec fights, and learn quite a bit, just by being polite.

There is no public way of getting that information for individual structures.
You have to hack a structure to find out its timers.
