Issues with mail service may be preventing receipt of verification emails

UPDATE: Mail services should now be operating properly again. Thank you for your bearing with us! If you experience any further issues with verification emails please reach out to our customer support team - support@eveonline.com

We are experiencing some issues with our mail services. Players attempting to create accounts or requiring a verification email in order to log in, change passwords etc. won’t be able to perform those actions until the matter is resolved. We’re working on it now.

Could this also be affecting the “you have 24 hours left on your subscription” mails?

I have received the 6 day warning but not the 24 hour warning … logged in to alpha state …

Not knowing how the email system works, I would assume it possibly could have had an effect on those type of emails as well.
