Item Exchange Contract Bugged?

Up until recently (I think today) I was able to create personal item exchange contracts to transfer items between alts.

For some reason, today I try to do what I always do but this time I can’t create contracts for any items EXCEPT for Anniversary XVI special goods. Even if I try manually, the item selection screen on page 2/4 of contract creation shows only anniversary crates as being selectable.

I think this is a bug?? Or am I missing something?

Did you perhaps reach your limit of active contracts? If not then it’s likely a bug.

Could also be corrupt cache files, If you’re not at max available contracts, try clearing your cache, restart and see if the issue persists.
