As much as I hate to say something resembling sensible, next time you are actually in the game press f10 and look at the map. Zoom out.
See how big it is? Cool.
Now look at how small HS is in the overall set-up. Ikr.
Now look at how much of the whole map is NS.
Weird right? It’s like… almost as if… it was designed that way.

What do you mean, “It was changed”. The original Blackout length was undetermined, and CCP clearly stated that they will monitor its progress and specifically stated that they wanted the blackout length to be undetermined so that they could collect info about botters. They always intended to stop at some point. If they didnt, they wouldve just announced it as a change, without commenting on how long it would be.
